David was always quick to answer any questions about houses that I had, along with a quick response for any requests for showings. When being shown a house, he had knowledge about different appliances and products, and was able to better help determine the quality of the house. He remained attentive, approachable, and respectful. Communication was very open, as he was able to relay information back and forth between myself, the sellers, and lenders. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Matt and his team deserve 10 stars at least. Extremely responsive, took the time to understand our needs and was very patient with us. Didn't push us into anything which is quite the departure from prior interactions we've had with real estate professionals. Our transaction ended up with numerous complications and delays well after the property we were purchasing went under contract. A good buyers realtor helps you find the perfect home- a GREAT realtor guides you through the entire process and works their tail off to get to closing. Matt is a GREAT real estate professional. The bulk of the stress comes between contract and closing and matt knows this. He wouldn't admit it but I'm fairly certain he cut a vacation of his own short in order to deal with a situation that arose with our transaction. I cannot recommend matt and his team highly enough.
